Minting is not creation - verified derivatives, verification suite and sealed relational inventory (TikTok account-identifier study)

Companion deposit for the manuscript 'The wrong event, dated precisely: empirical evidence that TikTok user identifiers predate declared account creation, and the forensic risk it creates'. Contains every derived dataset cited in the paper, the generators that emit its data tables and figures, the verification suite (RFC 3161 cryptographic validation against a pinned trust anchor, offline OpenTimestamps inspection, negative-mutation tests, manuscript number gate), and the sealed relational inventory that authenticates the relations between artefacts. The primary corpus contains personal data and is not deposited; the replication boundary is stated in Appendix B of the paper and in the README. Licensing is mixed and stated in LICENSE: data and documentation under CC BY 4.0, author-written Python code additionally under the MIT License, and third-party timestamp material (RFC 3161 tokens, OpenTimestamps proofs) not relicensed by this deposit. FreeTSA's certificates are deliberately not redistributed; their fingerprints and official download URLs are pinned in verificacion/anclas_confianza/ANCLAS.md so that verification does not depend on any third-party bytes republished here.
