NK cell is an important immune cell, we detected the change of transcription level after OA treatment (0.2mM oleic acid (OA) for 36h. The treatment processed only once.). In order to detect the difference of gene expression in OA-treated NK cells, we performed RNA-seq analysis for NK cells treated with or without OA for 36h.
