Proposed Water Infrastructure Areas in Kentucky

The location of proposed water areas for public water systems in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. A proposed water area depicts a geographical area in which a water project is proposed. Generally, proposed water areas are mapped when numerous scattered points (such as radio read meters) are included in the scope of work or when the scope is water planning for the system as a whole or for a section of the system; however, proposed water areas can be used for any project that needs to be portrayed as an area feature rather than a line or point feature.
