Time-scale dependent responses of greenhouse gas emissions to warming from soils of Alpine meadow-datasets

This dataset contains raw and processed data used in the manuscript “Time-scale dependent responses of greenhouse gas emissions to warming from soils of Alpine meadow.”
The Excel file includes:
（1）Soil physicochemical properties (TOC, TON, TP, MBC, MBN, DOC, DON, pH, aggregate fractions) measured along the 3200–4000 m elevation gradient.
（2）GHG flux data (CO₂, CH₄, N₂O) from control (CK), open-top chamber (OTC), and short-term (+10 °C) incubation experiments.
All measurements were conducted by the authors at the Haibei Alpine Meadow Ecosystem Research Station and the laboratory of the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, CAS.
