RNAseq analysis of genes differentially expressed in BR-shCON and BR-shSPANXB1

We used RNA sequencing to analyze gene expression profiles of BR-shCON and BR-shSPANXB1. The goal of this study is to explore genes that are differentially expressed in BR-shCON and BR-shSPANXB1. Overall design: Six samples obtained from BR-shCON and BR-shSPANXB1 cells were analyzed. Three indipendent samples were analyzed for each cell line.
