Replication Data for research paper: Choosing to succeed? Insights into doctoral students’ supervisor selection and its outcomes

This dataset contains data from a nationwide survey conducted under the framework of the “Monitoring of Education Markets and Organizations” (MEMO) project, supported by the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education (RMSHE). The survey aimed to gather information about doctoral students enrolled in Russian universities. Data collection took place from May to August 2022. Final sample includes responses from 1796 participants. The dataset was used for regression analysis.
