Pseudacris regilla Transcriptome or Gene expression

Transcriptome sequencing of Pseudacris regilla, the Pacific tree frog, was performed to support gene expression studies of this common species in western North America. The goal of the study is to enable use of this species as a bioindicator of environmental contaminants or stress, via gene expression profiling.
