资源简介:
The Global Rainwater Management Program (GRMP) proves that profit maximization and sustainability can be achieved together, aligning corporate ESG goals with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A landmark case study at UTRAN Gas-Based Power Station, Surat, India shows how GRMP conserved ~707,000 m³ of rainwater annually, saving ₹2.85 crore per year in water costs. With a CAPEX of ₹2.95 crore, the project achieved ROI >1000% over 10 years and breakeven in under one year. GRMP demonstrates that sustainable water management reduces carbon footprint, enhances water security, and creates measurable business value.
At UTRAN Gas-Based Power Station, Surat, the Global Rainwater Management Program (GRMP) proves that profit maximization and sustainability can go hand in hand. By using artificial wetlands, rooftop harvesting, and bio-filtration, the project conserves ~7.07 lakh KL of rainwater yearly, cutting costs by ~₹2.85 crore annually. With a one-year breakeven and ROI >1000% over 10 years, GRMP maximizes corporate profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing carbon footprint. It supports SDGs 6, 12, 13, and prepares industries for India’s Green Credit System (2025). GRMP is a replicable solution for industries, governments, and utilities across water-scarce regions worldwide.
