Forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 mice in each group. 1 to 14 days, the CON group and E.coli group were administered with normal saline every day, and the L.S group and L.S+E.coli group were gavaged with Lactobacillus salivarius WZ1 every day. On the 15th day, the E.coli group and the L.S + E.coli group were intragastrically administered ETEC K88, the CON group and the L.S group were intragastrically administered with normal saline, and sacrificed 24 hours later. Take cecal contents to detect changes in intestinal flora.
