Thisarticleisdevotedtoascientificandpedagogicalstudyoftheinfluenceofmoderndigitaltechnologiesonspeechdisordersinchildren.Thefindingsoftheresearchdemonstratethat,whenusedappropriatelyandunderpedagogicalsupervision,interactiveapplications,audiovisualmaterials,andspeechtherapyprogramscontributetotheexpansionofchildren’svocabulary,thedevelopmentofphonemicawareness,andtheformationofproperspeechculture.Conversely,excessivescreentime,passivecontentconsumption,andsolitaryuseofdigitaldevicesincreasetheriskofspeechimpairments,stuttering,delaysindialogicspeech,andsocialisolation.Thearticleprovidespracticalrecommendationsfortherationaluseofdigitaltechnologiesandthedevelopmentofchildren’scommunicativepotential,basedonthespeechesanddecreesofthePresidentoftheRepublicofUzbekistan,ShavkatMirziyoyev.Amongtheserecommendations,particularemphasisisplacedonadjustingscreentimeaccordingtoage,subjectingdigitalcontenttopedagogicalevaluation,fosteringacultureofdigitalhygiene,employinginteractiveyetdialogue-basedlearning,andutilizingspecializedspeechtherapyprograms.
