Benthic Species Guild Classification Used In: Systemic food web reorganization due to multiple pressures across Baltic Sea basins

List of benthos and their classification into trophic guilds according to the Marine Strategy Framework Directive classification. Taxon names are according to the World register of marine species (WoRMS) and the Aphia ID is the unique identifier for the Aphia platform. Species that could not be included in the analysis due to difficulties in identification or classification into trophic guilds are categorised as other and were not used in the analysis.
