ERA5 Ensemble Data Subset for "Online Stochastic Generators Using Slepian Bases for Regional Bivariate Wind Speed Ensembles from ERA5"

This dataset contains a small subset of ERA5 ensembles from the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), extracted from the Copernicus Climate Data Store (CDS). The subset covers a rectangular geographical area (North: 30°, West: 33°, South: 12°, East: 60°) encompassing the Arabian Pennisula, the time period 2014-2023, and the variables 10m u-component of wind and 10m v-component of wind, as used in the paper "Online Stochastic Generators Using Slepian Bases for Regional Bivariate Wind Speed Ensembles from ERA5". The data are provided to support the reproducibility of the analyses in the associated paper. The full ERA5 and ERA5 ensemble data are publicly available from the CDS download page.
