Supplementary material for "Where to improve the European protected areas network to represent threatened fungi?" - occurrence data, R scripts, and predicted habitat maps
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the supplementary materials for the paper "Where to improve the European protected areas network to represent threatened fungi?" It includes: (1) an Excel table which contains the species occurrences used in species distribution modelling (inside the "tables" .rar file); (2) two rasters used as masks during modelling and postmodelling analyses (GeoTiff format) as the "masks" .rar file; (3) R scripts used for data cleaning, species distribution modelling, and analyses (including the additional R scripts on the uncertainty analysis); (4) raster layers representing bioclimate predictions and landscape predictions (GeoTiff format) as an "uploaded predictions" .rar file; (5) raster layers representing bioclimatic suitability maps and habitat suitability maps (GeoTiff format) as an "uploaded maps" .rar file; (6) three Excel tables with additional data on species, environmental layers, and countries used by the R scripts (inside the "tables" .rar file); (7) shapefiles used in the postmodelling analyses or to create the manuscript figures (shp format) inside the "vectors" .rar file; (8) raster layers representing all variables (GeoTiff format) as "variables" .rar file; (9) readme documentation files (Word) with a detailed summary of all the data uploaded; (10) additional two Excel tables representing the uncertainty analysis results (inside "tables uncertainty" .rar file);Version 2 contains the files from version 1 - 10.5281/zenodo.17404648 (with minor updates to R scripts "5 Area calculation" and "8 Biogeoregions figure" and file "readme - R scripts" - which are now indicated as "v2") and additional files related to the uncertainty analysis (R scripts: "9 Uncertainty AICc", "10 Uncertainty - threshold", and tables: "TABLE UNCERTAINTY_AICC", "TABLE UNCERTAINTY_THRESHOLDS").
