资源简介:
There are at least two developmental periods in which methylation patterns are reprogrammed genome wide in the mouse. The first occurs in preimplantation embryos, paternal and maternal undergoes genome-wide demethylation. Next, primordial germ cells of both sexes and leads to rapid demethylation of imprinted genes. This reprogramming of methylation patterns is essential for imprinting and may be important for the erasure of acquired epigenetic modifications. In fishes, the heredity of parental DNA methylatome in offspring embryo. These results indicate reprogramming of DNA methylation is difference between mammal and fishes. However, reprogramming of DNA methylation of gametogenesis has not been reported in fishes. Thus, we examined the methylation status of gametogenesis in medaka.
