These datasets include turbulence and current velocity profiles, bottom-tracking depth from the shipboard ADCP collected during 24 field campaigns onboard R/V Isana, CMES, Ehime University, in 2012–2019.All data are provided as the MATLAB binary file (*.mat), in which observation time is offered in the MATLAB "datenum" format. <br>"data_yyyymmdd.mat" includes turbulence and current velocity profile data measured by a microstructure turbulence profiler, TurboMAP-5 (JFE Advantech Co.) and 300-kHz acoustic Doppler current profiler (TRDI Workhorse Sentinel):data.TKEdisrate : TKE dissipation rate [W/kg]data.temperature : Water temperature [deg.C]data.salnity : Salinity [PSU]data.density : Water density [kg/m^3]data.time : Time when microstructure cast began [days in MATLAB datenum format]data.lon : Longitude when microstructure cast began [deg.
