Transcriptomic responses of corals along an OA gradient at a volcanic CO2 seep

The Maug caldera in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands is an active volcanic CO2 seep with surrounding coral reef communities. Corals nearest the seep are experiencing end of century ocean acidification conditions. We sampled corals of the species Porites lobata and Pocillopora meandrina at three sites in increasing distance from the seep, corresponding to low pH, mid pH, and control pH. This repository contains raw sequence files associated with this experiment, prepared using the 3' Tag-Seq pipeline.
