Deriving the Law of Universal Gravitation from World Quantum Theory

Abstract This paper, based on the "Internal Rotational Motion" hypothesis within the World Quantum Theory, derives Newton's law of universal gravitation from the smallest dynamical unit at the Planck scale, using mechanisms of geometric dilution and collective excitation. The derivation shows that the gravitational constant G is not a fundamental constant, but rather a coupling parameter composed of the Planck length lp, Planck mass mp, and speed of light c, with a theoretical value of . However, the experimentally measured gravitational constant on Earth is , differing by a factor of 2π. This paper proposes that this discrepancy arises from the macroscopic rotational resonance (projection coupling factor x⊕=2π) of world quanta in the Earth’s environment, indicating that Newton’s formula is a “projected expression” specific to Earth and lacks universal applicability across the cosmos.
