The goal of this study is to utilize chromatin immunoprecipitation coupled with high-throughput sequencing (ChIP-seq) to enrich acetylated chromatin regions across the entire genome using an H4K5ac (histone H4 lysine 5 acetylation) antibody, thereby identifying active enhancer or promoter regions potentially regulated by RUVBL2. By integrating the H4K5ac epigenetic marks with known or predicted RUVBL2 binding information, we aim to screen for downstream target genes that are directly or indirectly influenced by RUVBL2, and further investigate the gene expression networks and functional pathways involved.
