Evaluation of the transcriptional changes in E13.5 ureters upon loss of Fgfr2 (and reduction of Fgfr1) in the ureteric mesenchyme. Total RNA from dissected ureters of E13.5 Fgfr2cKO and control mice was analyzed by microarray analysis. Please note that the "?" (in the genotype) represents either "+" or "fl" since both Pax2cre/+;Fgfr1/+;Fgfr2fl/fl and Pax2cre/+;Fgfr1fl/fl;Fgfr2fl/fl ureters were collected together into the mutant pool.
