To detect miRNAs in oxygen and glucose deprivation (OGD) conditions we cultured cortical neurons Embryonic day 15 and subjected them to OGD We performed differentially expression analysis of miRNA-seq of wild-type and ciRS-7 KO neurons Overall design: Comparative gene expression analysis of miRNA-seq data for wild-type and ciRS-7 KO cortical neurons treated for 12h with OGD in respect of the normoxic conditions (n= 5 biological replicates per group)
