A Parthanavia P86 dual-engine aircraft based in Houma, Louisiana carried a Heitronics KT19II radiometer measuring sea surface temperature (SST) during the Submesoscale Processes and Lagrangian Analysis on the SHelf (SPLASH). These data were collected to correct for a sensor drift of an uncooled FLIR A655sc long-wave infrared (LWIR) camera that was used to make maps of SST during the same flight. Flights occurred between April 11th - May 2nd, 2017. This dataset consists of airplane tracks with corresponding GPS time, Longitude, Latitude, Altitude, Roll, Pitch, Heading, and SST.
