In order to study the molecular mechanisms of malignant biological behavior in gastric cancer regulated by NCAPD3, GeneChip PrimeView human gene expression array was used to detect differentially expressed genes (DEGs) before and after NCAPD3 knockdown. We used microarrays to detail the effect of NCAPD3 knockdown on gene expression in gastric cancer cell and identified differentially expressed genes during this process. AGS cells were transfected with shNCAPD3 lentiviruses and control vector to construct NCAPD3-knockdown and negative control cells. Next, qPCR was used to validate the efficiency of RNA interference. Then total RNA was extracted for an RNA quality test and following reverse transcription. The labeled RNAs were fragmented and hybridized. The Affymetrix GeneChip PrimeView human gene expression array was used for testing. GeneChip Scanner 3000 was used for data analysis.
