This study evaluated transcriptomic changes in monocyte-derived macrophages from healthy donors after stimulation with recombinant SLAMF7 or anti-SLAMF7 antibody, compared to macrophages without additional stimulation. Monocyte-derived macrophages were pre-incubated with IFN-g (10 ng/ml) for 24 hours, then stimulated anti-SLAMF7 (10 ug/ml) or recombinant SLAMF7 (1 ug/ml) for an additional 4 hours. Lysates were harvested for RNA-sequencing using the Smart-seq2 protocol.
