Driving effects of small-scale connection processes on leader initiation and development in altitude-triggered lightning

The dataset consists of three types of files corresponding to different observation and analysis methods: High-speed video recordings – Stored in MP4 format at a frame rate of 2 fps, documenting the optical evolution of lightning-related processes. Electric field measurements – Stored in TDMS format, providing high-resolution waveforms of the electric field associated with discharge events. Numerical simulation results – Stored as plain text (TXT) files, containing modeled outputs that complement the experimental observations.
