This survey focused on respondents' opinions of national political figures including Lloyd Bentsen, George Bush, Michael Dukakis, Bob Dole, Jack Kemp, Jesse Jackson, George Deukmejian, and Nancy Kassebaum, and also included questions on how respondents would vote in the 1988 presidential election and the United States Senate race between Lloyd Bentsen and Beau Boulter.
