PTB7-Th lateral time-of-flight photoconductivity: photocurrent transients, fit parameters and plotting scripts

Lateral time-of-flight (L-TOF) photocurrent transients of four PTB7-Th molecular-weight fractions (50, 100, 200 and 300 kDa), recorded at bias voltages of 100–500 V across a 100 µm coplanar electrode gap, together with the fitted transit times, hole mobilities, dispersion and tail exponents (Scher–Montroll model), the Poole–Frenkel fits, and the Python scripts that produce the figures of the associated article. File formats, units and methods are described in README.md.
