资源简介:

This dataset contains lipidomic data generated from Rhizopus microsporus using LC–QTOF-MS. Samples were analyzed by electrospray ionization (ESI) in both positive and negative ionization modes, specifically detecting [M+H]⁺ and [M–H]⁻ ions. The experimental design included four conditions, each with four biological replicates: Wild-type UM6 grown at 30 °C (UM630) Wild-type UM6 grown at 37 °C (UM637) choC mutant UM120 grown at 30 °C (UM12030) choC mutant UM120 grown at 37 °C (UM12037) The dataset provides: Qualitative analysis reports for each replicate, including: Total ion chromatograms (TIC) and extracted ion chromatograms (EIC). Retention times (RT), peak height, integrated peak areas, and relative abundances. Acquisition parameters (instrument method, fragmentor voltage, collision energy, tune mass range, and calibration status). Metadata file (.xlsx) describing each report, indicating the sample identity, experimental condition, replicate number, and ionization mode used ([M+H]⁺ or [M–H]⁻). Lipidomics, raw MS intensities (Excel workbook)Raw peak intensities for lipid species across four replicates per condition (UM630.1–.4, UM637.1–.4, UM12030.1–.4, UM12037.1–.4). Sheets are split by lipid class: PE, PC, PA, CL, plus Neutral Loss Scan. Columns include Compound, Formula, Detection, Diagnostic fragment in MS/MS (m/z), followed by replicate intensity columns for each sample. These processed data correspond to the lipidomic analyses reported in the manuscript “Phosphatidylcholine Biosynthesis via choC is Crucial for Cellular Integrity and Virulence in Rhizopus microsporus”.
