Ovarian cancer (OC) presents a significant challenge in the medical field due to its high mortality and resistance to chemotherapy. Chemotherapy resistance in OC diminishes treatment efficacy and contributes to poor patient outcomes. Magnetic induction hyperthermia (MIH) has demonstrated potential for addressing the chemoresistance of ovarian cancer (OC) directly through thermal effects. Magnetic nanoparticles with a core-shell structure were synthesized via the precipitation method. Transcriptome sequencing was employed to evaluate the safety of magnetic nanoparticles and to investigate the underlying mechanism of magnetic induction hyperthermia.
