BAT 2.0 Data Archive (reference and result data for the BAT 2.0 toolbox)
收藏资源简介:
This archive contains the complete reference and result data accompanying the BAT 2.0 manuscript and software (source code: https://github.com/MUHAMMADSHOAIBB/BAT2.0). BAT 2.0 is an open-source Python toolbox for single-cell-informed cell-type annotation of neuroimaging result maps, integrating Allen Human Brain Atlas (AHBA) transcriptomic data, deconvolved with single-nucleus RNA-sequencing-derived cell-type signatures (CIBERSORTx), to generate abundance estimates for 16 neuronal and non-neuronal cell classes. A small representative subset of this data (one parcellation resolution, sufficient to exercise every feature of the toolbox) ships directly with the GitHub repository so users and reviewers can try BAT 2.0 without downloading this archive. This archive contains the complete dataset needed to reproduce every result reported in the manuscript. Contents: Functional_connectivity/ — Group-level functional connectivity matrices for 11 neurological/psychiatric conditions (ADHD, Alzheimer's disease, anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder, depression, frontotemporal dementia, OCD, Parkinson's disease, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia), at Schaefer-Yeo parcellation resolutions from 100 to 1,000 parcels, plus an aparc-based depression dataset. Each condition folder includes binarized positive/negative FC matrices, raw Cohen's d and p-value matrices, and pre-computed cell-type enrichment results. cell_type_csv/ — Parcel-wise cell-type abundance tables (Schaefer-Yeo, 100–1,000 parcels), used by the FC enrichment pipeline. cell_types/ — Surface (CIFTI) cell-type abundance maps, 100-parcel resolution. cell_types_3D/ — Volumetric (NIfTI) cell-type abundance maps, one file per cell class (16 classes total). data/atlases/ — Reference brain atlases (Harvard-Oxford, Desikan-Killiany, Schaefer-200) used for parcellated and cluster-level analyses. data/test_data/ — Example inputs for the Cluster & Parcellation pipeline, including the multiple sclerosis demyelination cluster mask used in the manuscript. data/results/ — An example pre-computed enrichment results table. To use this data with the BAT 2.0 toolbox, clone the GitHub repository, extract this archive, and merge its folders into the repository root.
