Lipidomics dataset of sphingolipid from UUO mouse kidneys in WT and Cd5l KO mice treated with PBS or rCD5L

This repository contains the processed LC-MS lipidomics dataset used for the sphingolipid analyses in a murine unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) kidney study of CD5L. The first worksheet (“Sphingolipid lipidomics data”) contains an annotated and filtered sphingolipid peak-intensity table, including polarity, m/z, retention time, lipid annotation, lipid class, sample-wise peak-intensity values, blank values, and the applied filter settings.The second worksheet (“Cer-SM ratio”) contains derived ceramide-to-sphingomyelin (Cer/SM) ratio calculations and summary statistics. The dataset includes 19 kidney samples from four experimental groups: CD5L KO + PBS (n=4), CD5L KO + rCD5L (n=5), WT + PBS (n=5), and WT + rCD5L (n=5).
