Digital Competence Survey of Ukrainian Higher Education Institution Teachers, 2025

This dataset contains anonymized responses from Ukrainian higher education institution teachers collected in 2025 as part of a study on digital competence, digital transformation, and professional development. The dataset includes measures of digital competence, technology use, perceived barriers to digital transformation, digital overload, and professional development needs based on the DigCompEdu framework. No personally identifiable information is included.
