To investigate the genes regulated by the transcription factor GFI1 in lung cancer cells, we overexpressed GFI1-Flag in A549 cells and performed ChIP-Seq with anti-Flag affinity gel. Overall design: ChIP-seq analysis of GFI1-Flag-expressing A549 with anti-Flag affinity gel, two replicates.
