Top 10 amino acid residues according to Pyseer results with 31-mers aligned to the PAO1 genome are presented. The reference protein corresponding to each residue is presented in the ‘protein’ column, and the ‘locus’ column contains the locus of the mutation and amino acid residue of the reference protein where the mutation is detected. SLR sequences of PA5438 are highlighted in bold. Multiple types of mutation at each locus of the reference protein may be present and detailed information is provided in S3 Data.
