资源简介:

This deposit contains the supplementary code, numerical data, computational outputs, and figures accompanying the research manuscript: “Dark matter from a second volume form: two-measure origin of kinetic dark matter and its one-parameter observational constraints” by Manu Devassy. The work investigates a dark matter model arising from a second, metric-independent spacetime volume form. The supplementary material provides computational tools and reproducibility resources for the mathematical, relativistic, and cosmological analyses presented in the manuscript. Contents of the deposit Symbolic verification: SymPy scripts and verification logs documenting 24 symbolic checks of the analytical derivations. Relativistic halo solutions: A numerical Tolman–Oppenheimer–Volkoff (TOV) solver for static, spherically symmetric configurations, including regular central conditions, the zero-pressure surface, and matching to a Schwarzschild exterior. Boltzmann-code implementation: A patch for CLASS v3 implementing the barotropic two-measure dark matter fluid, together with input files for the reference ΛCDM model and different dark matter core-radius parameters. Cosmological analysis: CLASS output files, matter power spectra, transfer functions, half-mode scale calculations, and the approximate Lyman-alpha forest constraint analysis using a transfer-function area criterion calibrated against thermal warm dark matter. Independent perturbation cross-check: A simplified synchronous-gauge perturbation code and its numerical outputs. Figures: Figures 1–4 and the graphical abstract, supplied in PNG, TIFF, and EPS formats. Reproducibility The deposit includes Python scripts, configuration files, numerical outputs, and a shell script (run_all.sh) to facilitate reproduction of the calculations. Installation requirements and execution instructions are provided in the accompanying README file. The CLASS source code itself is not redistributed; the deposit contains the implementation patch. Important methodological note The Lyman-alpha forest constraints presented in the associated work are approximate recastings based on transfer-function criteria and should not be interpreted as the result of a full hydrodynamical simulation or a dedicated Lyman-alpha likelihood analysis. Author: Manu DevassyAffiliation: Department of Civil Engineering, Government Engineering College Thrissur, Kerala, India. This repository is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and further independent examination of the theoretical and numerical results.
