Zero degree tilt image from a tilt series collected using an intermediate voltage electron microscope through +/- 60 degrees of mitochondria isolated from mouse liver. Section thickness was 0.5 um. This image has been downsampled from the raw data image which can be accessed using the link provided to the Cell Centered Database.
