该数据集包含2种肺部恶性疾病DPH2蛋白糖肽，处理方法为原始质谱数据采用GPSeeker数据库检索后获取糖肽氨基酸序列和糖链，再采用GlycoWorkbench和PowerPoint绘制糖肽结构，最终以拓扑图像形式展现糖肽结构。其糖肽序列为NLTQAAGKR，糖基化位点为N305，糖链结构均为复合型寡糖。
