We earlier demonstrated that ozone an urban pollutant, accelerates AD-like neuropathology in aging male ApoE3 mice. In this study, we investigate hippocampal transcriptomic alterations in young and aged E3 and E4 mice following O3 exposure to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying O3-induced AD pathology specifically in old E3 male mice.
