该数据资源为恩施市政务服务和大数据管理局在推进城市数字公共基础设施建设过程中产生，建筑物矢量基础信息数据包含建筑物的空间位置、高度、建筑名称、小类名称、结构类型、北斗网格码，数公基统一编码等，可用于开展城市规划、建设、运维及空间管理等工作 。

This dataset is generated by the Enshi Municipal Government Service and Big Data Administration Bureau during the advancement of urban digital public infrastructure construction. The basic vector building information data includes the spatial location, height, building name, subcategory name, structural type, Beidou Grid Code, unified code for digital public infrastructure and other relevant attributes of buildings. It can be used for urban planning, construction, operation and maintenance, spatial management and other related work.
