Correlation Between Solar Activity During Embryonic Development and Adult EEG Connectivity: Preliminary Evidence from the LEMON Dataset

This dataset accompanies the study “Correlation between Solar Activity (SSN) and Human EEG Spectral Features (LEMON Study Subset)” and provides all intermediate and final results of the EEG–Sunspot Number (SSN) correlation analysis.The dataset links individual EEG spectral and phase–locking metrics to solar activity during the subjects’ embryonic neurodevelopmental windows (18–75 days post-conception). The data include the computation of conception intervals, averaged daily sunspot numbers (SILSO V2.0), merged EEG–EMF features, and Pearson/partial correlation matrices.All calculations were performed in Python 3.11 using pandas and matplotlib libraries.This dataset enables replication, reanalysis, and extension of the EEG–solar coupling findings presented in the related Zenodo article.
