Colonization and Characteristics of Legionella pneumophila isolated from cooling tower in Japan

We investigated the genetic characteristics of 161 Legionella pneumophila strains isolated from cooling tower during 10 years, Japan. Whole genome sequencing of the main strains, which isolated in different cooling tower, or in same cooling tower during several years, elucidated the high clonal population.
