Transcriptome profiling of primary uveal melanomas

Uveal melanoma is the most common primary malignancy of the eye. By studying the expression of genes in primary uveal melanoma tumors we hope to gain an understanding of the underlying molecular biology. Expression analysis between uveal melanoma classes may make particularly important contributions to diagnosis and treatment decisions.
