Combination of dual JAK/HDAC inhibitor with regorafenib reduces tumor growth, metastasis, and regorafenib-induced toxicity in colorectal cancer

To evaluate the differential gene expression contributing to the efficacy of the combination treatment of JAK/HDAC inhibitor with regorafenib, compared to single drug treatment, we performed the RNA-sequencing SW480 cells were treated at 500nM concentration of JAK/HDACi and regorafenib as single drugs, and their combination.
