资源简介:
This project involves the transcriptome sequencing of Epimedium pubescens to investigate the gene expression profiles during the process of pod abscission. The primary objective is to identify genes involved in the formation and regulation of the abscission zone across different stages of pod development: pre-abscission, abscission, and post-abscission. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying pod detachment in E. pubescens and to identify key genes involved in stress responses, developmental processes, and abscission regulation. The data generated will serve as a valuable resource for further functional studies and could potentially contribute to the development of strategies for enhancing pod shedding in Epimedium pubescens and related species.
