Identification of dicistronic transcripts in Vitis vinifera

Identification of dicistronic tRNA-mRNA transcripts in grapevine (Vitis vinifera) leaf and berry samples from 22 commercial vineyards covering six sub-regions of the Barossa Wine growing region, Australia.Sample names are constructed as: tissue_sub-region_vineyard_replicate. Tissue options are leaf or berry. Sub-region options are NG (Northen Grounds), CG (Central Grounds), SG (Southern Grounds), EE (Eastern Edge), WR (Western Ridge) and EV (Eden Valley). The number of vineyards is between 3 (SG and EV) and 4 (NG, CG, WR and EE). Every vineyard has 3 replicates.
