Litoria SNP data

This file contains the SNP data used in, "The return of the frogs: The importance of habitat refugia in maintaining diversity during a disease outbreak." It is broken into four sheets. "Litoria nannotis" and "Litoria serrata" contain the raw SNP data (prior to filtering) as well as columns noting which SNPs passed filtering and were analyzed in the study. The sheet "SNP metadata" contains the metadata for the SNPs column names, and the "Frog metadata" sheet contains the metadata for frog samples.
