Stereocontrolled and Adaptable Synthesis of (–)-Aspergilone A via the Key Intermediate (+)-Phenol A

This dataset contains the analytical data for (-)-aspergilone A, the enantiomer of the naturally occurring (+)-aspergilone A, its synthetic intermediates and in house synthesized reagents. The analytical data includes NMR raw data, IR spectra and chiral SFC PDA traces as csv files as well as chiral HPLC PDA traces and HRMS spectra as PDF files.
