We report the gene expression changes in myometrial stem cells after 3hr treatment with CDK8/19 inhibitor (CCT251545). Overall design: 3 independent samples of myometrial stem cells were treated with either CCT251545 or DMSO for 3hrs. Total RNA was then extracted and subjected to total RNA-sequencing analysis.
