This file contains the raw phenotypic data of leaf temperature and stomatal conductance measurements, with two values (two rows in the file) per individual leaf for each cultivar in each block of the grapevine diversity panel (in total four rows per cultivar in each block). Measurements were performed with a LI600 poro-fluorometer (LI-COR Inc., Lincoln, NE, USA). “Barcode” is the unique identifier used to retrieve the cultivar name from the dataset “p279_PechRouge_2024_identification.csv”. The column “gsw” is the stomatal conductance of the leaf (in mol m-2 s-1), and “Tleaf” the leaf temperature (in °C). “Date” is the date of measurement and “Time” the hour (CET) of measurement. Other columns refer to climatic variables measured at the leaf level at the same time as leaf temperature and stomatal conductance: Air temperature (“Tref”, in °C), air vapour pressure (“VPref”, in kPa), Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density (“Qamb”, in μmol m-2 s-1). This file was analysed in the R script “BLUPs_extraction_all_traits.Rmd” to explore the variability of leaf temperature and stomatal conductance and extract genotypic values (BLUPs) using mixed models with fixed effects including climatic effects.
