NRS-15948 | Successful application files for Aboriginal history grants [NSW Centenary of Federation Committee]

This scheme was set up by the NSW Centenary of Federation Committee to provide funds to overcome deficiencies in the record of Aboriginal history; document Aboriginal people, organisations and communities, also their part in mainstream Australian history. The successful Aboriginal History Grant applications were decided upon by the Education, History & Civics Advisory Committee. These are the successful application files. Where they have been received end products are included in the files.The series is a mixture of A4 file folders, audio CDs, CD-ROMs, VHS video and audio cassettes. The files in this series are arranged in a numeric sequence. This numbering was allocated on receipt of the grant application. The small letter “b” was allocated to Aboriginal history grants and then these were managed as a separate series.
