Gallus gallus Raw sequence reads

In the experiment, at four and eight weeks of age, the Fast growth and Slow growth groups of the Jinghai Yellow Chicken were selected as the research objects. After slaughter, the chest muscles were collected for transcriptome sequencing to find genes and pathways associated with growth. Then RT-PCR was used to quantitatively analyze the differential genes. The aim of this research is to screen some genes related to growth traits as auxiliary marker genes, provide a theoretical basis for revealing the molecular mechanism of chicken growth and improve the performance of Jinghai Yellow Chicken.
